RedStapler

Hadley Taylor

Director, Systems Administrator

Hadley manages the smooth functioning of RedStapler's technical back end and oversees the growth and maintenance of UNIX-based infrastructure.

Prior to joining RedStapler, Hadley worked with iXL/Scient tackling a complete restructuring of the UNIX-based resources which culminated in a finely-tuned, flexible, and extensible support network for the local and enterprise engineering teams. She also created and implemented a set of best practices in her areas of expertise, helping to extend the reach and skills of the iXL/Scient systems administration service line.

As Vice President of Systems Operation with i33/Appnet's New York office, Taylor created and headed up the Systems Operation team. During her tenure she managed the design and implementation of a set of open systems compliant enterprise networks comprised of a highly flexible and scalable set of server architecture standards, an efficient deployment strategy, and a public-facing security policy which streamlined i33/Appnet's final stage project implementations.

Prior to becoming a systems administrator, Taylor was a sound engineer for Broadway musicals. Her credits include Tony Award winning revival She Loves Me, seven-time Tony nominee and Grammy Award winner Smokey Joe's Cafe, Camelot, Most Happy Fella, and national tours of Cabaret, Evita, and Five Guys Named Moe. Taylor, a classically trained cellist, has also been an expert level mountain bike racer.
